SENATOR ANDY UBA WINS PDP ANAMBRA PRIMARIES..BUT BIG SHAME ON PDP IMMACULATE IMAGE

SENATOR (DR) ANDY UBA WINS PRESTIGIOUS PDP ANAMBRA GUBERNATORIAL PARTY TICKET WITH OVERWHELMING 645 TO EMMA ANOSIKE’S 110 VOTES
*But Shame on Nigeria’s Nascent Democracy as factional group announce another candidate in parallel primaries
*PDP must get her act together
*Governor Shema, Dankwambo (election supervisors) must clear the air or risk attack on PDP integrity

EXCLUSIVE ANALYSES BY CHIEF CERUTTI OSAGIE

Still basking in the wild euphoria that greeted his ten pint strong letter of protest to Lagos state Governor, Babatunde Fashola (SAN) where he stoutly defended the constitutional right of his Igbo people, Senator (Dr) Andy Uba OFR is in the news again
This time not a means of another protest run, but rather a first step toward actualizing his dream of emerging as the next Governor of the giant of eastern state, Anambra
It will be recall that not so long ago, the Senator exclusively told CERUTTI MEDIA GROUP political unit via telephone that: ‘’ I have a contract with the people of Anambra state, they voted me in 2007 and I pledged then that I will transform the state infrastructural, on that vow I still maintain, it is a contract between me and my people, they know who they want as leader, and the leader know them’’ was The Senators reaction to us

Now as faith will have it, only last night, Senator Uba successfully emerged as the peoples candidate to carry the prestigious PDP ticket in the 2014 gubernatorial race, already globally rated as expected to be one of the most feisty contested political battle
In the keenly contested primaries, that featured several heavyweight political juggernauts, Senator Uba, the former presidential domestic adviser, polled 654 votes with a large margin distance of second place Prince Emma Anosike who got 110 votes, the third place went to Jerry Ugwoke with 86 votes, Patrick Ugbomah 89;Mike Okoye 17 votes and MRS Josephine Anenih 3 votes, Walter Okeke 2 votes and Tony Nwoye 1 votes

These result was announced by no less a personality than the NATIONALLY ASSIGNED Returning officer, Dr KENNETH Eremuoh and supervised by a delegation from headquarters led by Governor Ibrahim Shema of Katsina state, and his Gombe counterpart, Alhaji Dankwabo alongside Senator Ndoma Egba
Now with such a crack team of electioneering monitoring committee made of such stern Governors, why must PDP allow media reports to filter this morning that former student leader prince Tony Nwoye is also a factional winner in a different primaries, after a lot of financial and human resources have been expanded in the originally accredited primaries that Dr Uba won?
This is most pathetic and political watchers and the part hierarchy must put their act together, this is slap to our nascent democracy, the factional primaries must be discarded and astute Politian like Governor Shema and Dankwabo both of who had a very crucial meeting with the Anambra Commissioner of Police, Balla Nassarawa, before the major primaries, must speak up that it is only one primary that is recognized and that is the ONE the national body ordered them to come and monitor
Meanwhile with the emergence of Senator Uba as PDP primaries winner, it is no doubt a wakeup call that Igbos as a whole, especially of Anambra state to come under one umbrella to support senator Uba aspiration
According to vast majority of people spoke to, Uba remains a most charismatic leader that is often want to fight his people case and war, with his strong international clout and dream to industrialize the state, no doubt the people of the state now have their destiny in their hands
